provided in the 'Tenant Information Handbook'. Still not working? Log into your 'Tenant Portal' and follow the instructions then lodge your maintenance request. Or you can send us an email with all the maintenance you want to report to us, don't forget to take some videos and pictures along with your request to assist our property manager to action on your request quickly!
Put in in writing as officially confirm if you want to end up your lease earlier, which will consider as break lease. If break lease is your final option, you will have some documents to sign and compensation will be applied.
As per lease agreement, you are required to return the property in the similar condition you moved in. Bond clean, carpet clean, pool service, gardening etc are required prior to the lease expired. Form 13 - notice of intention to leave also required to be signed and retun to us as officially confirmation.
